Bariatric Counseling and Assessment
Having gone through the bariatric journey myself, I truly get the ups and downs that come with this important choice. With my personal experience and specialized training as a Board Certified Bariatric Counselor (Through AABC), I am here to help those considering or learning to navigate their life post weight-loss surgery. We can work together to handle the emotional, physical, and relationship changes that this big shift brings. My aim is to create a caring and supportive environment where you feel heard and encouraged to create the healthy, happy life you dream of.
I offer virtual or in-person Pre-Surgical Bariatric Assessments. Getting ready for bariatric surgery is a big step, and it’s natural to feel a mix of excitement and uncertainty. A pre-surgical assessment is often a requirement but can also help you feel confident and prepared. Together, we’ll explore your goals, talk through any concerns, and set you up with tools to navigate the changes ahead. This is your time to build a strong foundation for lasting success because the surgery is only the first step on your bariatric journey.
